CELEBRATING AND RECOGNISING THE PEOPLE AND PLACES THAT MAKE OUR TOWN CENTRE

Now in its sixth year, the Harlow Town Centre Awards programme recognises the people and businesses that make the town great for its visitors, and celebrates the positive impact those people and businesses have had on the local community through the services that they offer.
Harlow Town Centre has long played a significant role amongst the town’s residents. Whether it has been somewhere they have worked, shopped or played, the town centre has played a major part in the lives of its residents. Those residents now play a vital role in voting for their favourite individuals and businesses in the town, across a whole host of categories from Food and Drink Retailer of the Year, to Community and Voluntary Projects / Organisation of the Year, to Entertainment and Leisure Venue of the Year.

The 2023 event on 18th January saw an astounding volume of local business and notable people come along to celebrate the Harlow business community. There were an incredible 18 awards handed out on the night, including winners and runners up.

“These awards are a popular celebration of the people, places and businesses who make up our town centre. Those people, places and businesses continue to be there to serve residents in these challenging times and they will all have an important part to play in the town centre’s exciting regeneration and renewal. It’s amazing to see so many people in the local community get behind the awards programme and want to recognise the impact the local business community is having on them.”
